The Secretariat is in charge of the Organising Committee. They help coordinate between the different Departments of the OC.

The conference manager makes sure the conference runs smoothly. They divide and manage smaller tasks during the 3 day event and help the Secretariat where needed.

The Department of Administration makes sure that everything at the conference is well organized. For example, they write down what schools are present, they make sure every participant gets their supplies, they walk around at the conference to answer questions, they get the gifts for the winners of various prizes you can win at SkyMUN, among other tasks.

The Department of Communications takes care of the social aspect of SkyMUN. They're in charge of social media, the newspapers, the OC photoshoots and the photos taken during the conference.

The Department of Finance and sponsoring finds sponsors for the conference and manage anything money/budget related. They also take care of SkyMUN merchandise.

There are going to be schools participating in the conference that won't be able to travel back and forth to Nijmegen for 3 days. These students need to have housing. The Department of Housing makes sure every participating school that is in need of host families will be assigned to one. They will also take care of the lunches provided at the conference.

The Department of IT is there to manage all things technical: it runs online services for the OC and hosts this website! They also take care of things during the conference: laptops, lighting, and everything audiovisual.
